10 Memes About Red Dead Redemption That Prove The Games Make No Sense

The Red Dead Redemption games are two of the best and most popular games that have gotten released over the past few years, and each of them brings two fantastic stories and brilliant characters.
As perfect as the games may be, and as utterly fantastic as they may be to play, there are some things about both entries that leave fans either frustrated or scratching their heads. A good illustration of this nonsensical nature is the ever-reliable meme, ten of which show that the games do not make much sense, and we look at them here.
10 A Single Feather
Hunting and collecting parts from animals is a big part of the out of story side of each Red Dead Redemption game. You hunt to bring stuff to eat, to craft things, and for a plethora of other purposes.
However, it is strange how little you take from some animals. One type of animal that fits this is birds. You shoot a rare, beautiful bird like an eagle but only take one single feather? Weird.
9 Slowing Down In Saint Denis
Saint Denis is both a beautiful and busy part of the Red Dead Redemption 2 map, and its packed, narrow streets make it difficult to go at any real pace on your horse.
However, the people of Saint Denis continually shouting at you to slow down makes it ever so infuriating. No matter how slow you go, they incessantly moan at you, telling you to go slower, and it makes you want to shoot them.
8 Slow Day At Camp
Saint Denis has no requirement for you to go slow; you just need to face the consequences for knocking down a bunch of people. Camp, however, is a different story in terms of speed requirements.
Whenever you get to camp, you immediately slow down to a brisk walk, and it is infuriating. You could get across the entire map in a relatively quick time, but getting from one end to camp to the other is a real arduous task.
7 I See You Stopped Donating?
Donating to camp is a great idea, but in execution, you find yourself giving a whole lot to camp yourself, with very little appreciation.
It gets infuriating when Susan comes up to you and asks you about stopping your donations when in fact, you have donated insane amounts, more than everyone else in the camp combined. How about you donate some, Susan?
6 Dutch's Idea
Of course, being asked about your 'lack' of donations is not the only annoying thing about the camp donation box. There is the issue of everyone else's lack of contribution.
For some reason, nobody else sees it as their duty to chip in. Not even Dutch who gave a speech about how everyone needs to do their part and came up with the idea of a donation box in the first place.
5 Deadeye Inconsistency
Deadeye is always immense fun in the Red Dead games when you both get into a fight with a group of people, or just feel like going a bit off the rails.
However, in situations like your standoff with Dutch where he murders the young woman, deadeye just ceases to exist. It is another example of how being in a cutscene seems to dramatically change the skillset and abilities of a character, with how great deadeye is, a woman's life could have gotten saved, not that we heartless gamers care too much.
4 Good Choice, Boah!
Throughout Red Dead Redemption 2, you form a bond with your horse, and should you stay with your horse long enough, with a good enough relationship, you get a special and tear-inducing moment at the end of the movie.
As great as they are, though, horses in the game can be infuriating. Especially when your horse, despite your protests, seems to have an immense urge to run into a tree. There are also the times when your horse is unable to jump over tiny rocks, and you end up falling over, sometimes even leading to your death.
3 Drowning
John's inability to swim is common knowledge with Red Dead fans. While John has a plethora of skills that make him a fantastic outlaw and Nintendo Switch beginner guide bounty hunter, water is his weakness.
It, therefore, becomes a bit stupid when you are being shot for hours on end, falling off horses, even not eating or drinking for a long while, and survive, but as soon as the water gets above your head? You're dead. The same happens in Red Dead 2 when, no matter your health and fortification, you will die in seconds if you swim with John .
2 Let's Go, Hunt!
This is an issue that becomes nonsensical all down to the player, but how can you blame players? The game is so fantastic, with so much to do, that going and doing the story mission after mission with no break, as logical as it may be, is not as fun.
Nevertheless, your family is being held, and you do have a lot of stuff to do in order to reach Bill, Switchworlds.Com Javier, and Dutch. So, when hunting, stranger missions, Nintendo Switch release Date etc. all come before the various missions, canonically, it lacks sense.
1 Where Are John's Healing Powers?
The death of John Marston is one of the most heartbreaking in all of gaming history. He is a phenomenal character, and many players mourned his death.

However, like a lot of these style games, his death raises the question of healing. You get shot continuously, an insane amount in fact, and leave without a scratch, but it happens in a cutscene and boom, your dead.
